We will come to you to discuss your health and fitness goals, take body measurements, including circumferences, body fat %, muscle mass and water %, your blood pressure and heart rate, and then plan together how best to achieve your goals. There is no obligation attached.
Try before you buy a block, with the Trainer that we feel best matches your requirements. If you are not 100% happy, again there is no obligation. We want you to feel comfortable with whom you train.
The more sessions you commit to, the less you pay, as simple as that. We also accept payment in affordable monthly instalments if you prefer to spread the cost.

Nutrition is 50% of the battle. Your initial consultation will include a nutritional review. Your Trainer will then, within the first few weeks, do a full nutritional session with you, supply you with handouts, and then regularly review and feedback on your food diaries. This will ensure you reach your goals far quicker than with physical training alone.
